Nothing produced by Singtel Trading should be interpreted as a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Any decisions made using outputs from the Service are made solely at the user's own discretion and risk.

Investment markets are inherently unpredictable. Historical performance, backtested data, or model projections displayed within the Service do not guarantee future outcomes. Singtel Trading makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis, forecast, or automated recommendation generated by the Service.
All investments carry risk, including the potential loss of principal. You should evaluate your own financial situation and risk tolerance, and consult a licensed financial advisor where appropriate, before acting on any output from the Service.
5. Subscription, Fees, and Billing
Access to certain features may require payment of subscription or usage fees, as described at the point of purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Singtel Trading reserves the right to modify pricing or fee structures for future billing cycles, with reasonable advance notice communicated through the Service or associated account channels.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Singtel Trading, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising from investment decisions made in connection with use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Singtel Trading and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Modifications to the Service and Terms
Singtel Trading reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
